Vana Dineshkumar is a Reiki Master and a certified Vinyasa yoga instructor. She has been teaching yoga for all ages conducting on the mat and chair yoga for those who has limited mobility. She has done many workshops on deep breathing and chakra cleansing exercises to bring about balance to body, mind and soul.
She incorporates her energy healing modalities of Reiki and qigong into yoga and meditation. She’s very much interested in indigenous healing & Ayurveda and has attended various deep breathing workshops pre Covid. She has also training in Ayurvedic scalp and body massage.
Vana is a strong believer of the body’s intelligence to heal and wants to share her wisdom.
